How we roll.

1. Submit Your Artwork & Info

Choose the hat style you’re interested in and complete your design template in Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .pdf) as best you can.
No stress if it’s rough — our in-house design team is happy to help refine everything.

Every bit of input matters. Even a hand-drawn sketch or loose concept helps us bring your vision to life.

2. Dial in the Details

One of our friendly team members will connect with you to review your design, ask questions, and offer suggestions to make sure everything is exactly how you imagined it.

Every Alpine project is 100% custom and built specifically to your specs.

* Hangtags and Joint Caddy® come Alpine-branded unless orders exceed 700 units.

3. Pricing & Minimums

Once your design is finalized, we’ll calculate pricing so you can decide if you’d like to move forward with a prototype.

  • Pricing starts at $14 per unit

  • Final cost depends on design complexity

  • Minimum order: 150 units

  • Price breaks at 300, 500, 700, and 1000

* Quotes are valid for 30 days
* Shipping is calculated separately based on weight and location

4. Sample Process

We’ll send your design to our factory to create a sample.

  • Sample timeline: 2–3 weeks

  • Approve via photos or request an in-hand sample

If you choose an in-hand sample, please note it adds 2–3 additional weeks to the timeline.

5. Production

Love your sample? Let’s run it.

Our accounts team will send a deposit invoice, and once your 50% deposit is received, bulk production begins.

  • Production time: 6–8 weeks (varies by complexity and schedule)

* Lead times may occasionally run longer
** Factory closed for Chinese New Year: February 10th – March 1st 2026

6. Chill — We’ve Got It From Here

Sit back and relax while our team manages every step of production and quality control.

Once your order passes final inspection, we ship it out. Your remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery.
